CUSTOMER REFUND POLICY.
We can provide for a full return of your purchase price under our customer refund policy. This insurance cost is £1.00 in each £100.00 of tickets ordered. You can see the full terms and conditions on your payment page.

By Visa debit/delta, Electron, Solo, Switch/Maestro on line only, Mastercard, and Visa credit cards.
Can be made secure online, with Protx who are our Payment Service Provider. Who will process you payments on to us, and into our HSBC bank account. Protx make sure that your transaction details are kept secure throughout the transaction process. We do not see or hold card details. Protx do not hold any order or delivery details, and cannot process any refunds or cancel, on behalf of London Entertainment Tickets Ltd.
Cheques(GBP only), Postal Orders, Cash £ or Euroes, can be sent by post. Payment sent within 3 business days.
We BUY and SELL tickets, if you do not see your event, pleases email us with your request, we will quote you a price.
