Our Terms & Conditions
By purchasing ticket(s) from us you are agreeing to London Entertainment Tickets Ltd. terms and conditions.
1. You are purchasing ticket(s) above face value ( which is displayed at “More Info >>> “on each event page ) from a secondary ticket agent, whitch includes our service charge & VAT. The price is per ticket.
ie. quantity 1 = 1 ticket, quantity 2 = 2 tickets together.
2. All sales are FINAL, no cancellations, or exchanges are issued after you have purchased your tickets. Except in the event of the show/event being cancelled, then we will refund in full -10% handling fee. Once the ticket(s) have been returned to us by special delivery,
The buyer should note that the right to cancel or "cooling off period" provided by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to the sale of event tickets.
3. It is your responsibility to immediately check the tickets for accuracy, on delivery for date, event, block & seat numbers. If there are any discrepancies between the tickets received and what you ordered, you must notify us accordingly within 48 hours of the delivery (holidays not included). Please note, in circumstances where you report a discrepancy while at the event or thereafter, we will be unable to replace the tickets, and you will, by default, accept the delivered tickets as valid.
4. London Entertainment Tickets Ltd. is not responsible for any ticket(s) which are lost or stolen. NO DUPLICATES can be issued under any circumstances.
5. London Entertainment Tickets Ltd. is not responsible for such changes as event date, event time, and venue change or weather conditions. You are responsibility to ensure the event is on, befour you travel to the venue. We will not be liable for costs of travel fares, hotels, or any other expenses that may be incurred if a event is cancelled/rescheduled. We will do our best to inform you if the date has been changed but we do not accept liability if we are unable to contact you.
6. London Entertainment Tickets Ltd. Reserves the right to upgrade ticket(s) at no additional cost to you.
7. London Entertainment Tickets Ltd. cannot be held liable for any failure by Royal Mail/FedEx to deliver your ticket(s). If the ticket(s) are returned to us by the Royal Mail, there will be a new charge of £6.00+VAT, to re-post the ticket(s) to you.
Due to the late release of tickets, if you are an international customer or the event is taking place outside you home address, we may have to request a local resident, business, or hotel address. It is your responsibility to notify the local address occupants of the scheduled delivery. For hotel delivery, this would be the front desk or concierge. For business delivery, this would be reception or a representative of the business.
8. We usually dispatch tickets as soon as possible from the time of your booking, if the tickets are already in stock. In some cases, due to the nature of the business, tickets do not arrive with us until shortly before the event date. This is especially common where the tickets in question are general admission (standing) tickets, festivals or specially printed souvenir tickets. These tickets are held back by the promoter as a prevention measure against loss of tickets, fraud or counterfeiting of the tickets. This can be as late as the week of the event taking place.
If you are not in possession of your ticket(s), 48 hours before the event, you must contact us. As we cannot be held reasonable if the Royal Mail is holding your tickets.
9. The names on the ticket can not be changed, removed or modified by either us or yourselves.
Ticket Validity. We do not investigate the terms and conditions applicable to any particular ticket, however we can guarantee the tickets supplied will give you entrance to the event or we will refund 100% of the purchase value.
10. London Entertainment Tickets Ltd. have the right to change the price applicable to a booking (upwards or downwards) at any time prior to the full payment, cleared into our bank account.
11. We cannot guarantee odd number of seats (i.e. 3.5.7) together. All even numbers of seat tickets (ie.2.4.6) will be together, in sets of 2, 4 or 6 seats togethers.
12. Your order is subject to availability, if we are sold out, we will notify you by email within 1 working day and refund your money, after this time, delivery of the ticket(s) is guaranteed, after full payment has cleared, into our account.

Confirmation. A confirmation email receipt will be issued upon placing your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email, do not assume your order has not gone through instead please phone us at 01708 502324 to request confirmation. We are not responsible for any internet connection errors experienced while making an online booking. If you have not received an order confirmation email, it is your responsibility to contact our offices to verify your online booking before making another booking.

Death or Personal Injury. In any event, we shall not be liable for death or personal injury suffered by the client or their guests arising out of their attendance at, or travel to any event. The limitations of liability shall also extend to any loss or damage sustained by property or belongings of the client or any guest or for further costs, damages or expenses incurred or suffered by the client arising out of the booking.
Disclaimers.
London Entertainment Tickets Ltd. does not promise that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, nor that it will provide specific results from use of the Site or any Content, search or link on it. The Site and its Content are delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. London Entertainment Tickets Ltd. cannot ensure that files you download from the Site will be free of viruses or contamination or destructive features. London Entertainment Tickets Ltd. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including also any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. London Entertainment Tickets Ltd. will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Site, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, and punitive and consequential damages.

Jurisdiction.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Modification.
If we decide to amend, alter or otherwise change the terms of the Agreement, we shall notify you by posting a revised version of the terms on the Website and which shall automatically take effect and replace the terms of the upon the later of (a) your next use of the Website, or (b) seven days after it is posted on the Website. Your continued use of the Website will constitute your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement or any revised version of this Agreement, do not continue to use the Website.
