WHO WE ARE.
We are a VAT registered limited company. Supplying tickets in the secondary ticket market. We specialise in obtaining exclusive front block and 'impossible to get' tickets for sold out shows, concerts, sporting and other events.
We are independent ticket brokers. We are not affiliated with any box office, ticket agent, promoter, or individual artist. We are membersof ASTA (ASSOCIATION OF SECONDARY TICKETS AGENTS. Our membership number is 1821). ASTA is a not for profit Regulatory Body of the Secondary Ticket Industry.
PRICE OF TICKETS.
Please note that you are purchasing tickets above face value, ( which is displayed at “More Info >>> “on each event page ) this includes our service charge, reflecting our costs and efforts in obtaining your premium tickets. Please be aware that the ticket market is a very volatile and fluctuating market, so ticket prices may vary wildly at different points in time. When tickets are no longer available through official outlets, if the demand is there then a secondary market is created based on supply and demand. In most cases ticket brokers pay significantly more than the original cost to obtain very good seats for an in-demand event.
TICKETS DISPATCH.
We usually dispatch tickets as soon as possible from the time of your booking, if the tickets are already in stock. In some cases, due to the nature of the business, tickets do not arrive with us until shortly before the concert date. This is especially common where the tickets in question are general admission (standing) tickets, festivals or specially printed souvenir tickets. These tickets are held back by the promoter as a prevention measure against loss of tickets, fraud or counterfeiting of the tickets. This can be as late as the week of the event taking place.
We will dispatches your tickets by Royal Mail Special Delivery service with insurance at the standard rate of £6.00 + VAT, TO AN U.K. ADDRESS ONLY.
WHERE DO WE GET OUR TICKETS.
All our tickets are pre sorced. We buy from other brokers, agencies, musicians, and the box office.
VAT.
All prices are in UK pounds & VAT is chargeable @17.5%. (VAT # 835691402)
We buy and sell tickets, if you do not see your event, pleases email us with your request, we will quote you a price.
We use personal information to provide the services you’ve requested (i.e. to reserve tickets to process and complete your order). This information will not be passed on to third parties, it is solely for our benfit.
