Please note that you are purchasing tickets above face value, (which is displayed at “More Info >>> “on each event page) from a secondary ticket agent, this includes our service charge, reflecting our costs and efforts in obtaining your premium tickets. The price is per ticket + VAT @15% in GBP.

We are members of (ASTA) ASSOCIATION OF SECONDARY TICKETS AGENTS. Our membership number is 1821. We follow the code of ethics and the code of practice which has been submitted to the Office of Fair Trading for it's approval.
GUARANTEED DELIVERY OF TICKET(S).
As members of ASTA, we guarantee your delivery of ticket(s) to you.
CUSTOMER REFUND POLICY.
We can provides for a full return of your purchase price in the instance that you or your party are "Unable to Attend" your booked event(s) for a cause beyond your or their control. This insurance cost is £1.00 in each £100.00 of tickets orderd. You can see the full terms and conditions on your payment page.

By Visa debit/delta, Electron, Solo, Switch/Maestro, Mastercard, and Visa credit cards.
Can be made secure online, with Protx who are our Payment Service Provider. Who will process you payments on to us, and into our HSBC bank account. Protx make sure that your transaction details are kept secure throughout the transaction process. We do not see or hold card details. Protx do not hold any order or delivery details, and cannot process any refunds or cancel, on behalf of London Entertainment Tickets Ltd.
Cheques(GBP only), Postal Orders, Cash £ or Euroes, can be sent by post. Payment sent within 3 business days.
